TALENT MANAGEMENT STAFF - HEAD OFFICE

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage Talent Management activity schedules, including agenda preparation, participant coordination, and coordination with various stakeholders, including managerial-level employees. Prepare technical and administrative requirements for leadership program selection processes, including psychological tests, assessment centers, project presentations, and supporting document collection.

•Prepare Talent Management activity reports, including program progress recaps, participant status, activity results, and monitoring data requirements.

• Manage Talent Management databases and documentation, including updating participant data, assessment results, program status, and maintaining organized and confidential filing systems. • Handle Talent Management budgeting administration, including payment submissions, budget realization monitoring, invoices, and payment document completeness.

•Prepare budgeting reports for Talent Management activities, including cost realization recaps and payment document status.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship or organizational experience in Human Capital/Talent Management will be an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders from staff to managerial level.

• Good administrative, coordination, and scheduling management skills, with the ability to work in a structured and

detail-oriented manner.

• Proactive, responsive, and meticulous working attitude.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Spreadsheet and PowerPoint for data processing and report preparation.
