Channel Development Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify and evaluate new sales channels (e.g., schools, campuses, cooperatives, government institutions, HoReCa, communities, etc.)

• Conduct market research to assess channel potential, needs, and characteristics

· Develop entry strategies and value propositions for each target channel

·

Approach, pitch, and negotiate with potential partners and institutions

• Execute pilot projects or initial rollouts for new channels

Manage onboarding process for newly acquired partners

• Define partnership schemes (pricing, margins, distribution model, etc.) • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) to ensure execution readiness

• Track and analyze channel performance (sales, repeat orders, profitability)

• Gather field insights to refine strategies and improve execution

• Recommend whether a channel should be scaled, optimized, or discontinued

JOB REQUIREMENT

• 4-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel development (FMCG preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in any major

·Existing network in institutions or alternative channels is a plus

• Mandarin proficiency is a plus

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in fast paced environment

• Ability to perform basic business and profitability analysis

Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk
