We're Hiring for a Café Management Role at
The Kitchen & Scoops, Poole Park
We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager to join our daytime café business in Poole Park.
This is up to 5 days per week role, with weekends and school holidays being our busiest periods, so availability during peak times is essential.
The role includes responsibility for The Kitchen café and Scoops, our adjoining ice cream kiosk during weekends and school holidays.
The role includes:
Day-to-day café management and service support • Supporting and leading teams
• Oversight of Scoops during busy periods • Food safety, cleanliness and compliance
• Stock control and preparation for peak trading
About you:
• Relevant café / hospitality management or supervisory experience essential
• Hands-on, organised and calm under pressure • Confident managing team and busy services
