THE
Motor Sights is a "truck doctor" is a superior and solution expert commercial vehicle for Indonesian and Southeast Asian markets.
The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing heavy duty truck sales in the Sumatra region, focusing on coal mining, logging, and related industrial sectors. This role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions. The position also requires regular customer visits, sales reporting, and forecasting to support business growth and achieve sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales of heavy duty trucks, commercial vehicles, heavy
equipment, or similar industries.
Experience or strong exposure to customers in coal mining, logging, or industrial transportation.
• Basic understanding of truck applications such as dump trucks, tractor heads, logging trucks, or rigid trucks.
Experience in B2B and fleet sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel frequently across the Sumatra region.
