1. What you'll do

a. Be the first impression of THURAYAR (greeting, hosting, calm luxury tone)

b. Manage bookings, confirmations, client profiles, follow-ups, and service flow

c. Support retail recommendations and loyalty/membership sign-ups

d. Coordinate influencer/guest visits and in-house content moments (as required) 2. Must-have skills

a. Excellent communication, etiquette, and customer care

b. Strong organization, multitasking, and calm under pressure - Digital confidence (WhatsApp, bookings, CRM/POS preferred)
