PACE Training & Social Enterprise is seeking an experienced, organised and

motivated SUPPORT WORKER who will play an

important and rewarding role in supporting our key-

working team in the progression of individuals from

their prison or probation experience through to their

safe reintegration back into society.

The Project Worker will work alongside and under the

direction of the Project Coordinator to assist in

delivering PACE's support, training, and employability

programmes. This role involves providing day-to-day

practical and emotional support to participants,

helping coordinate activities, and ensuring smooth

project delivery that aligns with PACE's mission and

values.
