JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Product Promotion
Present and promote products ethically to healthcare professionals. Participate in product presentations and medical events.
2. Sales & Targets
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
3. Territory Management
Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, dispensing, and pharmacies regularly. Placement: Surabaya, Malang, Madiun, Jember, Semarang.
4. Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback. 5. Reporting & Administration
Submit sales reports and maintain accurate records.
6. Continuous Learning
Stay updated on product knowledge and medical research.
Qualification
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• High motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Integrity, discipline, and reliability.
•Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) and willingness to travel extensively • Prior experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical
sales is an advantage
