Position report to : Account & Finance Manager

→ Requirements

 Female max 28 years old

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting

• Understand Indonesian taxation especially PPh 21 & PPh 23

• Understand financial statement preparation and interpretation Proficient in Ms. Excel & Word

Familiar with MYOB or similar accounting system

 Detail oriented and accurate in data entry

Good analytical and problem solving skills Able to work independently and in a team Strong communication skills

Able to multi task & work under pressure

Basis proficiency in Mandarin and English is an advantage

Job Description

• Prepare and record journal entries, maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts Handle monthly and annual financial closing process

• Understand PPh 21, PPh 23 and other relevant tax reports according to tax regulation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (balance sheet, P&L., cash flow) • Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making

• Monitor budgets, expenses and cash flow

• Operate accounting software

• Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls.
