STAFF PURCHASING
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Purchase Order Management: Creating, processing, and tracking purchase orders.
2. Vendor Management: Maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
3. Inventory Management: Tracking inventory levels, coordinating stock replenishment, and managing storage.
4.Invoice Processing: Ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices from suppliers.
6. Complianco: Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures. 6.Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all procurement transactions and related documents.
7. Reporting: Providing regular reports on procurement activities, spending, and inventory levels.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Male, minimum graduate from D3/S1 in Engineering, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
2.Have experience in Procurement & Purchasing.
3.Prefer someone who's have experience work in Project Construction.
4.Experience in procurement processes, contract management, and administrative procedures is also crucial.
5.Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. 6.Proficiency speaking English & Hokkien - Conversational Level
7. Available to work on-site at Pekanbaru.
