CLIENT ADVISOR (Social Media)

Your responsibilities

Deliver against revenue targets and all key performance metrics.

• Create and develop creative content that drives sales.

• Develop and execute content plans, including video production, editing process and managing social media accounts.

Ensure all content aligns with our community guidelines.

• Build and engage the digital leads by replying promptly to inquiries and ensuring

conversions.

• Monitor ads.

• Monitor sales flow, stock, and shipment.

• Stand by for inquiries and ensure effective follow-ups to drive conversion.

• Energetic and outgoing interpersonal

• Good notion in verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia

Target oriented, high integrity and trustworthy • Creative with a passion for creating engaging

Comfortable in front of the camera

• Have an eye for design or photography

• Familiar with social media features and trends

• Eager to learn new things, able to work independently or in a team

• Strong research skills to ensure accuracy and

relevance

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks. • Having experience in Jewelry/Lux Brand is a plus. 

 Time management skill.
